I finally understand the true meaning of "oh, what a WEB we weave"..........
With the advent of technology and social media, it can
work for you or against you. This applies to business
and personal social media sites.
So.........a lady was treated really bad by a tow company,
she slammed the tow company on their facebook page.
The owner of the tow truck company has profusely apologized.
Yes, we walk a fine line. All of us, everyday.
The tow truck driver admitted that he was having a
really bad day that had gone from worse to worse. Trust me
we all have those days and understand full well. But that
doesn't make it ok.
It use to be that big brother was watching, now everyone is watching.
Smart phone technology allows users to record, take pictures, shoot a video
and BAM, it ends up on a social media site.
So, I think the answer is simple. Live by the Golden Rule.
Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.
Personal or Business.
and yes, sometimes as humans we just make a mistake.
