Follow Up: Jason Schultz Tow Truck Driver

Trent Sheldon killed Preferred Towing's tow truck driver Jason Schultz this past
January while he was working to tow out a vehicle of a ditch. Trent has been
out on bond since pleading guilty March 1.  Sentencing is scheduled for May 19th for
operating a vehicle while intoxicated causing death, a 15 year felony.

18 year old Trent Sheldon has been out on bond awaiting sentencing and
it has just been discovered that while out on bond this kid has
continued to test positive for marijuana.

What?  How can this be?  Definitely a violation of his bond and puts
the public in danger, don't you think?

It's bad enough that two young lives were shattered.
Time for Trent to do the time for his crime, although
this will never bring 28 year old Jason Schultz back
to life.

We're continuing to bring awareness to the Move Over law,
It Saves Lives.
