Governor Susana Matinez of New Mexico signed into law on April 6, 2017
"Bobby's Law" - this law will protect tow truck operators like Bobby Unruh.
Bobby Unruh was killed February 19th while trying to tow a commercial vehicle.
The law imposes criminal sanctions - motorists cannot drive in a lane adjacent
to a vehicle on the side of the road with flashing lights.
Perhaps other States will be inspired to create similar laws
protecting all first responders.
